Dear Members & Friends, 

Please attend our Annual Meeting of the Polish Cultural Society of Indiana. This meeting is essential to maintain our status as a non-profit organization in Indiana. Our President and Executive Committee will review the accomplishments of the past year and outline plans for this year.  

The primary purpose of the meeting is the election of new members of the Board. Only members of the Polish Cultural Society of Indiana are entitled to vote. Paying your annual dues at the meeting will grant you this right.

We encourage and will accept nominations (including self-nominations) for the following positions within the Board: Secretary, and six Board Members. Please send prospective names via email to info@polishcsi.org, or submit them at the election meeting.

We hope you consider becoming a board member or holding an executive position. It is thanks to our members who volunteer their time and inspire others to contribute their time and talents that we have been able to share our culture, traditions, and soon celebrate fifty years as an organization.

Agenda:

1. State of Society – President’s and Vice-President’s Report 
2. Financial report/Budget/Audit – Treasurer, Audit committee  
3. Elections: Secretary, and six Board Members  
4. New business 

The meeting will be held on Sunday, February 22, 2026, at 4:30 pm.

Board of the PolishCSI  

Walne zebranie członków PCSI                      

Zgodnie ze statutem PCSI zwołujemy otwarte walne zebranie PCSI. Prezes i zarząd przedstawią sprawozdania z działalności PCSI w minionym roku oraz plany na ten rok.

Jednym z głównych punktów zebrania będą wybory nowych członków Zarządu.

Możecie zgłosić chęć przystąpienia do Zarządu – a więc zgłosić się sami lub zaproponować innych na stanowiska, które tym razem będą podlegały wyborom, a więc Sekretarz oraz Członkowie Zarządu (6 osób). Prosimy o zgłaszanie nazwisk drogą mailową  info@polishcsi.orglub zgłoszenie ich na zebraniu wyborczym.

W zebraniu może wziąć udział każdy, głosować mogą jedynie formalni członkowie – osoby, które w dniu wyborów mają opłacone składki członkowskie na rok 2026.

Również osoby, które zapiszą się do Towarzystwa na zebraniu, będą miały zarówno bierne jak i czynne prawa wyborcze. Mamy nadzieję, że znajdą się osoby chętne do pracy w zarządzie PCSI. To dzięki naszym członkom, którzy poświęcają swój czas, mogliśmy dzielić się naszą kulturą i tradycjami przez blisko 50 lat działalności naszej organizacji.

1. Sprawozdanie z działalności PCSI (Prezes i Wiceprezes)

2. Sprawozdanie finansowe/budżet, audyt, udzielenie absolutorium

3. Wybory: Sekretarza oraz Członków Zarządu (6 osób)

4. Inne sprawy
