The Polish Cultural Society of Indiana cordially invites you to celebrate
A Traditional Polish Christmas Eve Dinner “Wigilia”
on Saturday, December 7th, 2024, at 4:30 pm
at: Indianapolis Latvian Community Center

Our program will include:
- Scripture reading and music performances
- Sharing of the Holy Wafer (Opłatek)
- Christmas Eve Supper “Wigilia”
- Polish Carols sing along
- Visit from Santa Claus and family pictures
Christmas Eve Supper “Wigilia” menu:
As always, it will be a selection of traditional Wigilia foods from all the various regions of Poland including:
- Herring, with onion and pickle
- Traditional vegetable salad
- Red borscht, flavored with wild mushrooms
- Fried fish
- Polish style dumplings-pierogi (potato and cheese filling)
- Croquettes with sauerkraut and mushrooms
- “Łazanki” – noodles with cabbage and mushrooms
- Dried fruit compote
- Bread, poppy-seed cake, gingerbread cookies
- Tea, coffee, ice water
Prices per person are as follows:

A gift from Santa is included in the children’s ticket price.

We are grateful to all PCSI members who volunteer their time and talent to prepare our largest annual event. If you would like to get involved, we would love to have you! We need volunteers to help set up our beautiful tables, and help with decorations, and are always looking for members who are willing to share their talents. We need someone to help with the reading or perform a song. Please email us if you are interested.
For current PCSI members and nonmembers who include the yearly dues for 2025 with their Wigilia payment (i.e., either $50 for families or $30 for single members), membership will be valid from January 2025 to December 2025.
